ERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&Cs)

Article 1 – Purpose
These terms govern the sale of eSIMs (digital products) available on the WellRoam website.

Article 2 – Products
eSIMs provide mobile data access in various countries. Delivery is digital via email.

Article 3 – Prices
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable, depending on the customer’s country.

Article 4 – Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is approved. The customer will automatically receive their eSIM via email.

Article 5 – Delivery (Digital Products)
Instant digital delivery via email to the address provided at checkout.

Article 6 – Withdrawal and Refund Policy
In compliance with consumer law, digital products cannot be refunded once activated.
Refunds are only possible if the eSIM has NOT been activated.

Article 7 – Liability
The customer must ensure their device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing.
